Who I am

Ericho Studio is run by Eric Ho in Markham, Ontario. Questions about your information: hello@ericho.ca.

What I collect

Only what you send through the free mock-up form, or by email:

• your name
• your website address
• your email address
• anything else you choose to include in a message

If you become a client, I also keep what's needed to do the work and bill for it, such as a collaborator login to your website and payment records.

Why I collect it

To reply to you, prepare your mock-up, do the work you hire me for, and keep business records. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list.

Services that handle it

• Form delivery. The form sends your details to my inbox through Web3Forms, or opens your own email app.
• Hosting. This site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.
• Fonts. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use advertising trackers. If I add privacy-friendly visitor statistics, they won't use cookies or identify you personally, and I'll update this page.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing hello@ericho.ca. I'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
